CAVIAR KING is a Hong Kong company that are purveyors of the finest Caspian caviar available to the Hong Kong market. The caviar products are exclusively sourced through farm located on the Caspian Sea in Astrakhan, the caviar is harvested from sustainably farmed sturgeon and properly sanctioned for export under the CITES* agreement. As Caviar King would like to transform their business module from wholesale to a retail brand, the company has appointed DIP MAD to revamp the brand’s visual identity.

CAVIAR KING promotes five core concepts in the brand: form, sustainability, welcoming, premium, and quality. Our strategy is to create 5 different worlds representing the core values, created in 3D form in circular motions. Caviar is considered a delicacy that is naturally perfect rounded shapes with a state of luxurious dining experience. The rounded shape and radiated circles represents tracks of 5 tiers of caviar products.
We created 5 shapes to represent 5 tiers of caviar, each and every shape has different reflections.
The primary colour palette, we picked rocket metallic and Gainsboro inspired by the reflection of the caviar colour.
We paired the custom designed logotype with the Red Hat Display its bold stance and Agatho type family for its curvy details.
The visual identity brand guideline includes packaging and uniform. Metallic textured materials were used in different items to unify the brand identity.
