SPICES MENU
Spices is a popular Asian restaurant located in The Repulse Bay hotel. The restaurant serves fresh, sustainable, and authentic cuisine in a beautiful and tasteful setting. The elegant Repulse Bay Hotel is a famous Hong Kong landmark, attracted the best and brightest of both local and international society, it has preserved much of the grandeur and charm of its historical counterpart. Spices has approached DIP MAD to revamp their menu.
As the restaurant is famous at its lively and colourful Eastern spice market inspired interior, the main visual contains a bamboo textured debossed effect and a bold and playful logotype, inspired by bamboo leaves shapes to fit in a squared space.
MENU DESIGN
To identify the categories of the menu, we developed monotone hand drawn illustrations in fine lines design. We made use of their famous ingredients such as lobsters, papaya, clams and beef that were then developed into monotone illustrations.
