O-ORB

O-ORB is an innovative resources matching online platform to connect talents and resources in the market. The organisation aims to fully utilise people’s talent and to maximize their wealth. We worked alongside the founders to create an identity that aligns with their innovative practice and their modern approach of recruitment industry.

We uncovered three core values that were then developed into visual metaphors.

The logomark is built from bold & linked wordings, forming the impression of the organization’s initials through rounded detail and linked paths. The result is a bold & fun logomark that frames the organisation’s name. The logo is designed to translate concepts of Innovation, Connection and the firms contemporary approach to recruitment.

The key visual is 2 linked rounded shapes, symbols infinity and the connection between parties.

For the primary colour palette, 3 origin colours were used as to clearly identify different parties. We adopted ombre colours for the logotype from a transformation concept.

We paired the custom designed logotype with the Wah Hong bold type family for its bold stance and but rounded details. The result is to successfully visualise the human resources market as an organic ecosystem as cells.
